โลกของคนไร้ญาติ…ขาดมิตรมีจริงหรือ คนที่ไร้ญาติ และขาดมิตร? แล้วจะมีความสุขหรือ ในเมื่อใครๆ ก็ชอบพูดว่าคนที่จะมีความสุขได้นั้นต้องมีมิตรหรือมีครอบครัว
มีจริงครับ คนที่ไร้ญาติ และขาดมิตรมีทั้งที่ไม่มีญาติมิตรจริงๆ ต่างล้มหายตายจากไปหมด เหลือแต่คนรู้จักกัน หรือคนทำธุรกิจร่วมกัน หรือเขาอาจมีญาติ-มิตร แต่เขาไม่สนิทใจที่จะคบหากัน
ผมเคยรู้จักคนบางคน เธอเป็นสตรีสูงอายุ มีการงาน มีการศึกษา เคยมีสามีแต่สามีนอกใจ เธอใจเด็ดมากขอเลิกไปเลย มีลูกก็ไม่มาเหลียวแลแม่ เพราะลูกอยู่กับพ่อและเติบโตมีครอบครัวไป อาจจะแวะมาหาบางครั้งในยามเทศกาล แต่เธอบอกว่า “ไม่สนิทกันเลยเหมือนคนไม่รู้จักกันที่ฝืนมาพบปะพูดคุยกัน”
เธอเคยพยายามสร้างมิตรภาพกับคนหลายรูปแบบ คอยช่วยเหลือแนะนำในหลายๆ เรื่อง ดูเหมือนทุกคนรักเธอ แต่ก็จากและจางไปหมดเมื่อได้สมประโยชน์แล้วหรือคบกันไปนานๆ เข้า เธอเคยถามผมว่า “ทำอย่างไรที่จะมีมิตรภาพระหว่างมนุษย์ยืดยาว เธอพยายามทำแล้ว แต่ไม่ยืดยาวสักที”
ทุกวันนี้เธอก็ปรกติดี ไม่ระแวง ไม่ได้ป่วยทางจิต มีบางครั้งบ่นเหงาๆ บ้าง เธอมีบ้านและห้องชุดให้คนเช่า โดยมีเงื่อนไงง่ายๆ ว่าให้เช่าถูกๆ หวังว่าจะได้เป็นมิตรหรือเอาไว้คุยกันบ้าง เดือดร้อนก็ช่วยดูแลกันได้ แต่ถ้าใครทำไม่ถูกใจเธอหรือเธอไม่ถูกใจเขา ก็ขอให้แยกจากกันโดยสันติ แต่ก็เหมือนต่างคนต่างอยู่...เช่นเดิม
เธอเป็นคนให้นิยามตัวเองว่า “เหมือนอยู่ในโลกของคนไร้ญาติ ขาดมิตร” แล้วจะมีความสุขไหมนี่...คุณหมอ ? เธอถามผมเมื่อพบกัน
ผมตอบว่า “มีความสุขได้ซิครับ” มีคนที่อยู่ในสภาพอย่างเธออีกจำนวนมากในสังคมนี้ บางคนไม่กล้ายอมรับความจริง พยายามสร้างภาพปลอมๆ ว่ามีความสุขมากและมีญาติมิตรรุมล้อมรอบตัว ทำให้เสียเวลา เงินทองและพลังงานไปกับการสร้างภาพปลอมๆ แต่จะหาเพื่อนดีๆ หรือญาติน่ารักที่สนิทใจสักคนก็ไม่มี ถ้าหาไม่ได้ก็ไม่เป็นไรหรอก...
คนเราจะเข้ากันได้ดีมันต้องเหมือนมีสารเคมีที่เข้ากันได้เมื่ออยู่ใกล้ พูดคุยกันถูกคอ ทำให้ถูกอกถูกใจสนุกสนาน บางคนเป็นญาติโยมโดยสายเลือด โดยนามสกุล หรือเป็นเพื่อนร่วมรุ่น ร่วมธุรกิจ ร่วมสังคม แต่เมื่อเข้าใกล้พูดคุยกันแล้วสารเคมีมันเข้ากันไม่ได้ คุยไม่สนุก ใจไม่เปิดให้รับความสนุกได้เลย
คนที่จะใช้ชีวิตแบบ “ไร้ญาติ ขาดมิตร” ให้มีความสุขได้ ต้องมีคุณสมบัติพิเศษบางอย่าง
ต้องมีความพอใจตัวเอง ใช้ชีวิตอย่างพอใจ นอนหลับพอเพียง ออกกำลังกายให้ร่างกายแข็งแรง มีงานทำให้มีรายได้และภูมิใจตัวเอง มีงานอดิเรกหรืองานที่ถนัดทำให้เพลิดเพลิน รู้สึกภูมิใจและเป็นมิตรกับตัวเองได้ทุกวัน แถมมีความคิดอยากช่วยคนอื่นโดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน เป็นการศรัทธาในชีวิตเพื่อนมนุษย์และเป็นเรื่องของคุณธรรม ซึ่งจะทำให้จิตวิญญาณของกรรมดีมากขึ้นทุกวัน กรรมดีจะแสดงออกมาเองในอนาคต ไปไหนก็มีคนยอมรับอยากเป็นมิตร แม้เราไม่สนิทใจอยากเป็นมิตรกับเขาก็ตาม ก็ไม่เป็นไรหรอก
แต่เราก็มีความสุขได้แล้ว สุขในความเป็นตัวตนของตัวเอง ทั้งๆ ที่รู้สึกเสมอว่า “เหมือนไร้ญาติ ขาดมิตร” นี่แหละ
และอย่าหวังว่าตอนเจ็บป่วยหรือใกล้ตายจะมีคนดูแลไหม
